Global SAR Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for wireless compliance and facilitate the growth of our international laboratory network.

• Manage global SAR/RF exposure standards, including those set by the FCC, RED, and various carriers.

• Promote automation initiatives within our existing laboratories.

• Broaden regulatory capabilities into new markets, such as Mexico.

• Offer technical leadership to regional teams in support of global client development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Global Compliance and New Market Expansion, including knowledge of Regulatory and Carrier Governance.

• Proficient in leading strategies and executing plans to establish SAR capabilities and compliance pathways in emerging markets, including new country expansion.

• Skilled in designing and implementing comprehensive test automation and software integration across SAR laboratories to enhance throughput.

• Act as a global subject matter expert (SME) by providing advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting support to regional lab teams.

• Contribute to business development efforts through high-level technical engagement.
