This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and delivery of scalable training programs, sales messaging, processes, and tools that foster consistent performance among global sales teams and partners.
• Facilitate successful product launches by providing sales teams with the necessary knowledge, positioning, and resources to effectively promote our solutions.
• Organize and lead partner webinars to assist with onboarding, product education, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
• Manage comprehensive sales learning programs, encompassing content development, scheduling, coordination, and the delivery of both instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Spearhead new hire onboarding programs, ensuring a structured and effective ramp-up process that enhances productivity and consistency.
• Establish and nurture strong partner relationships, guiding them from initial onboarding through continuous enablement and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, reinforce messaging, and synchronize enablement initiatives with revenue goals.
• Oversee cross-functional enablement projects, including training programs, webinars, and targeted development initiatives.
• Create engaging learning materials across various formats, including eLearning modules, instructor-led content, presentations, and job aids.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance enablement programs utilizing feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering sales enablement programs.
• Practical experience with instructional design and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360 or similar platforms).
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, capable of delivering engaging training in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Proven aptitude for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging and learning materials.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives at once.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging feedback and performance metrics to refine enablement programs continuously.
