📋 Description

• Drive Global Project Initiatives: Lead the charge in pursuing impactful, strategic projects across global markets, ensuring alignment with long-term growth goals and regional priorities.

• Identify and assess significant project opportunities in partnership with regional and global sales teams.

• Create pursuit strategies and value propositions that cater to customer and regional specifics.

• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the complete project lifecycle—from opportunity identification to contract finalization.

• Propel Above Market Growth Business Development: nurture and expand AMG initiatives, discovering new market opportunities and establishing go-to-market strategies.

• Formulate and execute pricing strategies that balance market share with profitability.

• Track margin performance and modify strategies to alleviate risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic project leadership, business development, or pricing strategy within a global industrial or technology-focused setting.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-value projects.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, matrixed, and multicultural environment.

• Preferred experience with EPCs, tank builders, or within the industrial gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
