Global Project Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.

• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways both internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication pathways).

• For projects with specific scope requirements, ensure a clear distinction in responsibilities and communication channels for secondary project leads (such as leads for specific regions, vendors, or subsets of delivery).

• Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).

• Guarantee financial stewardship at the project level by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the contract, aligning resources to the budget, managing Out of Scope activities, overseeing the Con Mod process/negotiations, and ensuring team execution aligns with timelines.

• Establish, convey, and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal project delivery.

• Lead Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).

• Ensure compliance of the project team with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job (equivalent to 8+ years).

• Technical and systems competency, including proficient use of software and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as organizational systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity).

• Ability to delegate tasks and effectively prioritize both personal and project team workloads in a dynamic environment.

• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.

• In-depth understanding of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and directives.

• Solid grasp of key project management principles (time, quality, cost), along with strong financial acumen.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Good judgment and decision-making abilities, capable of applying critical and analytical strategic thinking skills to navigate complex or ambiguous situations.

• Proficient in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing others, with an awareness of cross-cultural differences.
