Global Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the integration of internal AI and automation solutions to enhance project tracking, consolidate meeting insights across different time zones, and expedite the generation of project documentation and status reports.

• Travel domestically (up to 25%) to facilitate essential kick-off meetings, conduct pivotal steering committee evaluations, and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.

• Establish, nurture, and manage intricate relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers.

• Define or conduct in-depth analyses of project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes, ensuring a meticulous approach before achieving customer alignment.

• Create detailed project plans, outlining dependencies and coordinating project activities across various time zones.

• Diligently monitor the progress of all concurrent workstreams, maintaining a keen focus on deadlines to guarantee timely commitments.

• Provide accurate and thoroughly documented project progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients.

• Proactively identify, track, and address emerging risks and localized issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

• Employ suitable project management systems, tools, and methodologies while ensuring impeccable, audit-ready project documentation.

• Systematically close projects to facilitate revenue recognition, ensuring all final details are accounted for and global lessons learned are comprehensively reviewed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of dedicated Project Management experience, preferably overseeing global IT (software) and SaaS deployments.

• Proven experience utilizing AI-powered tools, such as project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics to improve resource scheduling, risk forecasting, and stakeholder communication.

• Established expertise working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

• Documented success in delivering complex projects consistently within budget and on schedule, achieving or surpassing project revenue objectives.

• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and intricate project details without compromising quality.

• Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a strong cultural awareness for global communication.

• Proven experience in commercial decision-making and overseeing project profitability.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to swiftly build trust and rapport with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams.

• High proficiency in contemporary project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite).
