Global Product Owner – HR Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and continuously enhance global HR processes throughout the HR systems landscape.

• Promote standardization, digitalization, system improvements, and transformation initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership and development for a small team.

• Oversee global initiatives from inception to completion.

• Lead the global implementations and rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors.

• Manage and improve the global ServiceNow HR platform.

• Establish and oversee comprehensive global governance for HR systems.

• Consult with stakeholders to assess business needs and implement system and process enhancements.

• Guide global vendor selection processes and spearhead contract negotiations.

• Facilitate decision-making and address complex cross-functional challenges.

• Drive change management and communication efforts for HR systems transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English is essential.

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• Several years of experience in managing and developing global HR processes or IT functions, along with leading complex transformation programs.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors as well as modern HR technologies and service management platforms, including ServiceNow HR.

• A proven history of successfully implementing international, cross-functional process and project initiatives.

• Exceptional leadership abilities and strong skills in stakeholder and relationship management.

• Capability to balance differing interests and requirements, leading negotiations at an international level to achieve successful outcomes in a goal-oriented manner.

• Experience working confidently with global and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-oriented focus.
