Global Product Development Lead – PSMA, Late-Stage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective development of diagnostic-related products aimed at cancer diagnosis.

• Formulating, executing, managing, and overseeing the drug development strategy.

• Leading a multidisciplinary team that includes manufacturing, non-clinical, clinical, quality, and regulatory professionals.

• Ensuring the successful implementation of all product development initiatives within the established timelines and budget.

• Serving as the main point of contact for the programs while promoting effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or PhD is highly preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with direct involvement in oncology drug development required.

• More than 5 years of experience in project and budget management.

• Experience from non-clinical stages through Phase 4 is advantageous.

• Background in diagnostics is preferred.

• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in the US, EU, and APAC is essential.

• Proven experience in functioning as part of, and leading, a cross-functional team.

• Strong preference for candidates with line management experience.
