Global Process Owner – Opportunity to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the comprehensive Opportunity to Cash process.

• Lead and facilitate transformation through the standardization, simplification, and automation of the entire process.

• Oversee global Opportunity to Cash policies and controls.

• Compare internal performance with industry benchmarks and best practices.

• Enhance CRM capabilities and ensure smooth, high-performing integration across various platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services setting.

• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of the P&L and working capital.

• Proficiency in implementing global processes and utilizing SAP, C4C CRM, credit management systems, and customer service telephony solutions.

• Exceptional communication, change management, and influencing abilities.
