This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and oversee agentic workflows that streamline prospecting, contact enhancement, intent tracking, and outreach sequencing across various platforms.
• Leverage AI tools (including LLM-assisted copywriting, workflow automation, and AI agents) to enhance both the quality and quantity of output while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Regularly assess and integrate new AI technologies that enhance pipeline effectiveness.
• Create documentation and templates for workflows to enable scalability and facilitate handoff within the global team.
• Construct and oversee targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and Demandbase account intelligence, supplemented by AI tools.
• Craft and implement personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences through email and LinkedIn.
• Take ownership of outreach performance metrics (reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline contribution) and consistently test and refine messaging strategies.
• Ensure accurate and current records in Salesforce by logging all outreach activities, tracking engagement, and maintaining pipeline visibility for the team.
• 3-5 years of experience in outreach, demand generation, or business development roles within a B2B context.
• Proven proficiency with AI tools, including LLM-assisted writing, workflow automation platforms (such as n8n, Clay, Make), and AI agents for prospecting or enrichment.
• A builder's mentality: adept at designing systems and workflows.
• Strong command of Salesforce.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach at scale.
