Global Payroll Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the complete payroll processing cycle, encompassing salary calculations, deductions, benefits, and payment distribution across various time zones and currencies.

• Ensure precision and adherence to local and international payroll laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Develop and improve sustainable processes and procedures.

• Identify opportunities for automation and enhancements in processes.

• Oversee financial controls and accounting processes related to payroll.

• Foster strong relationships with internal business partners.

• Produce detailed Payroll reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assess and manage vendor relationships.

• Lead the month-end closing process, which includes reviewing and approving journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Assist with payroll implementation in new countries.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 6-10+ years of experience in Global Payroll along with management experience.

• In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, practices, and procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex payroll operations within a multinational setting.

• Proficient in using Workday, SAP, or Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

• Familiarity with Cloud Pay, ADP Streamline, Celergo, or similar global payroll providers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Openness to work across various time zones.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.
