This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate strategic alliances with ministries, churches, networks, and organizations that can support the advancement of Explore God’s global digital ministry.
• Initiate discussions with prospective partners to grasp their vision, capabilities, needs, ministry context, and potential compatibility.
• Collaborate with departmental and organizational leadership to evaluate if potential partnerships align with Explore God’s mission, strategy, capacity, theological commitments, and long-term objectives.
• Represent Explore God with clarity, humility, and vision during discussions with ministry leaders, global partners, and cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Convert partnership prospects into actionable plans in conjunction with internal teams.
• Work alongside the Outreach Team on advertising, content, landing pages, and language expansion requirements linked to partner opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Response/Discipleship Team on the recruitment, onboarding, training, response workflows, and ongoing discipleship requirements for online missionaries.
• Monitor partnership commitments, next steps, timelines, dependencies, and communication needs to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Sustain ongoing relationships with strategic partners through regular communication, touchpoints, updates, and ministry review discussions.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, ensuring they feel appreciated, informed, and connected to the wider mission.
• Assess the health and effectiveness of partnerships, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration, refine processes, and boost ministry impact.
• Create scalable partnership processes, documentation, communication rhythms, and tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create and nurture ministry partnerships across various organizations, cultures, and ministry contexts.
• Excellent relational and communication skills, with the capacity to articulate vision, ask insightful questions, listen attentively, and build trust with ministry leaders and partner organizations.
• Experience in global missions, international ministry, cross-cultural nonprofit work, or a similar field.
• Proficient in strategic thinking while managing details, timelines, next steps, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to transition complex partnership opportunities from discussion to implementation.
• Knowledge of digital ministry, digital marketing, online discipleship, or online response frameworks.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including outreach, response/discipleship, leadership, content, and technology stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fully remote working environment with partners and team members across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• This position is fully remote.

• Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
