• Establish the global vision for paid search across both mid-market and enterprise segments, incorporating AI-augmented workflows at every level.
• Leverage Google Ads MCP server integrations to automate campaign management, uncover insights, and respond to signals more swiftly than traditional manual processes allow.
• Implement AI agents for automated bid adjustments, budget management, and anomaly detection within Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Utilize Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, and Performance Max AI for conducting keyword research, match type analysis, negative keyword mining, and query categorization.
• Develop and expand AI-generated ad copy and creative testing frameworks that are structured, hypothesis-driven, and continuous.
• Lead bid strategy through AI-driven models, value-based bidding (VBB), and audience signals such as RLSA, Customer Match, and CRM-based targeting.
• Create SEM playbooks that integrate AI into every repeatable workflow, from campaign creation to performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to guarantee comprehensive visibility into ROI, pipeline contributions, and attribution across campaigns.
• Oversee annual and quarterly budget planning, pacing, and forecasting.
• Ensure a seamless connection between ad spend and pipeline contribution, from the initial click to closed-won, in collaboration with the Analytics team.
• Maintain campaign hygiene, including naming conventions, UTM governance, conversion imports, and offline event tracking.
• Stay informed on platform AI betas and algorithm updates through direct relationships with representatives from Google and Microsoft.
• A minimum of 4 years in SEM or performance marketing, managing budgets in the multi-million dollar range with quantifiable pipeline impact.
• 1-2 years of practical AI experience within a paid search or performance marketing environment.
• Operational knowledge of Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, or Performance Max AI in daily workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Ads MCP server or agent-based campaign management methods.
• Demonstrated experience using AI agents for bid automation, large-scale creative testing, or keyword strategy development.
• Extensive experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and full-funnel visibility leading to closed-won outcomes.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau or Looker, offline conversion tracking, and enhanced conversions for leads.
• Strong analytical skills: bid modeling, forecasting, and attribution expertise.
• Must be based in NYC or on the East Coast.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing AI-powered creative and copy testing systems at scale.
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution (MTA), MMM, or incrementality testing.
• Understanding of paid/organic alignment strategies.
• Strong relationships with Google and Microsoft for beta access and co-marketing opportunities.
• Experience in scaling SEM programs across international markets.
