Global Outage Parts Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and distribution of NCP unit-specific recommended lists for the standard Unit Open/Inspect/Close procedures.

• Collaborate with the CPM and OFS to comprehend the implications of the Event scope.

• Identify spare parts necessary for executing Non-Standard outage tasks.

• Evaluate the recommended lists against the on-site inventory and refine the suggestions accordingly.

• Ensure systems and tools are consistently updated.

• Cultivate relationships with the CPM to proactively detect and address issues.

• Utilize field experience to assist in defining Standard Lists by Technology.

• Promote process enhancements to streamline NCP Planning.

• Assist the line manager in achieving KPIs for the team's specific subset.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• This position necessitates advanced experience in Field Service Execution and Planning as a TFA/Outage Manager.

• Extensive experience in Gas Power Engineering.

• Familiarity with Material Management System tools (Excel, PLM).

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
