Global Operations Systems Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for program delivery as the sole point of accountability for system implementation results across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units.

• Spearhead the definition and rollout of a global "to-be" operational template, including L4 processes, SOPs, RACI, and KPIs.

• Oversee the re-implementation and enhancement of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and integrated platforms.

• Integrate principles of eliminate / standardize / optimize / automate / robotize into the design process.

• Establish and manage global governance, steering committees, and Go / No-Go decision checkpoints.

• Direct the global change management, training, and adoption strategy while ensuring minimal disruption to services.

• Foster senior-level relationships with system integrators and technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in leading system implementations.

• More than 10 years of experience in leading multi-country teams.

• Experience in logistics is a plus.

• Proven expertise in process improvement and system implementation is essential.
