Global Operations Systems Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of program delivery with complete accountability for implementation results across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units.

• Propel the definition and rollout of a global operational framework.

• Oversee the re-implementation and enhancement of various platforms.

• Create and manage global governance and steering committees.

• Direct global change management, training, and adoption initiatives.

• Maintain senior-level relationships with system integrators and technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in system implementation.

• More than 10 years of experience leading multi-country teams.

• International work experience is preferred.

• Experience in logistics is a plus.

• Proven expertise in process improvement and system implementation is essential.

• Experience as an enterprise transformation leader, not in a PMO capacity.

• Established authority in Operations and IT delivery.

• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities.
