This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the establishment and activation of utility services for new accommodations, service modifications, disconnections, Wi-Fi enhancements, and internet-related concerns.
• Facilitate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, arrivals, and departures to ensure accommodations are ready for guests.
• Examine inspection reports, initiate corrective measures, and follow up on any deficiencies prior to guest arrival.
• Track maintenance and service requests while liaising with vendors and property management for prompt resolution.
• Organize guest parking arrangements, reservations, usage notifications, and billing documentation.
• Monitor accommodation readiness, cleanliness, utilities, parking, and operational tasks in Salesforce and other designated systems.
• Address readiness issues and unresolved matters that may impact the guest experience.
• Develop and sustain relationships with property management teams, housekeeping services, utility providers, maintenance vendors, and parking partners.
• Coordinate vendor access, Certificates of Insurance, elevator bookings, and service scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with building requirements, policies, and access protocols.
• Collaborate with the Accounting department regarding parking billing and any discrepancies.
• Work alongside Guest Services, Operations, Global Leasing, Accounting, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and transitions.
• Utilize Salesforce cases, dashboards, reports, and additional tools to prioritize and manage workload.
• Supervise assigned tasks and service requests in accordance with timelines and company standards.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of operational activities and resolutions.
• Provide updates and handoffs concerning readiness, inspections, and service recovery.
• Communicate timelines, obstacles, and deadlines to the Global Solutions Manager.
• Participate in weekend and holiday operational duties, including monitoring readiness, coordinating corrective actions, escalating urgent matters, and supplying handoff documentation.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, global mobility, serviced accommodations, relocation services, property management, or operations is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oscar, or similar operational platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills are required.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various departments and external partners is crucial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific software and systems is important.
• Flexibility to engage in weekend and holiday operational duties as business needs arise.
• A reliable internet connection and a home workspace conducive to focused, professional work during scheduled hours are required.
