This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate data collection as a focused strategic service line.
• Define the operational framework, sourcing structure, resource allocation, recruitment needs, quality benchmarks, and delivery methodologies for data collection services.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices for new data collection initiatives, markets, languages, and contributor profiles.
• Convert commercial requirements into sourcing and workforce strategies.
• Staff, initiate, and scale extensive projects promptly while ensuring quality and oversight.
• Manage and enhance global talent, contributor, and data-sourcing channels.
• Expand the crowdsourcing delivery model across various geographies, talent pools, languages, and service lines.
• Cultivate and sustain an engaged community of active contributors.
• Set up contributor segmentation, qualification, onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement processes.
• Establish standards for contributor communication, support, performance evaluation, and quality assurance.
• Mentor internal recruitment and talent operations teams.
• Implement automation in sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, qualification, communication, scheduling, activation, and reporting.
• Choose or deploy systems for managing a distributed global contributor base.
• Create standardized workflows to enable quicker and more predictable project launches.
• Develop performance-management systems that include sourcing funnels, conversion rates, costs, channel effectiveness, ramp-up times, quality, utilization, retention, NPS, partner performance, capacity, and demand forecasting.
• Deliver an operational model, unified sourcing strategy, expedited ramp-ups, contributor growth, broadened geographic/language/skills coverage, partner networks, automated workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and capacity forecasts within the initial 1–3 months.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in strategic recruitment, delivery, or program management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in talent operations, workforce operations, crowdsourcing, recruitment operations, data collection, outsourcing, BPO, gig platforms, or distributed workforce management.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling high-volume, multi-country talent or contributor programs.
• In-depth knowledge of crowdsourced delivery models and gig workforce operations.
• Experience managing direct recruitment, agencies, subcontractors, communities, and external service providers.
• History of building operational models, processes, controls, and performance systems from the ground up.
• Experience with rapid project ramp-ups and variable workforce demand.
• Strong analytical skills utilizing funnel, capacity, cost, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Excellent partner-management and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in modern AI tools.
• Background in AI data services, data annotation, data collection, content moderation, localization, BPO, customer support outsourcing, or distributed service environments is a plus.
• Capability to transition quickly from strategy to execution.
• Ability to establish structure in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to challenge weak assumptions and provide practical solutions.
• Skill in fostering accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
