This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Act as a subject matter expert on immigration issues for the EMEA and APAC regions, providing support to the Americas when necessary.
• Assist with candidate immigration evaluations and visa submissions.
• Facilitate cross-border mobility, including International Transfers and Cross-Border Travel.
• Oversee employee and business requests from initiation to completion.
• Obtain required approvals and escalate requests as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax, Legal, Global Security, Customer Legal, Global Payroll, and Immigration stakeholders.
• Evaluate and provide guidance on relocation and flexible travel requests.
• Support the daily operations of Global Mobility for CrowdStrike's international entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with global immigration regulations.
• Experience in cross-border mobility, including Permanent Transfers and Flex Work.
• Background in Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility.
• Proficient with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and G Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.
• Experience in a corporate setting or within an HR team is advantageous.
• GMS certification is a plus.
