This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete product lifecycle, which includes market evaluation, product positioning, execution of launches, and optimization of in-market performance.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, and R&D teams to facilitate pipeline development, business case creation, and product specifications.
• Lead international product launches, ensuring readiness for commercial release, training, forecasting, and regional alignment.
• Create and implement global marketing strategies that are in line with revenue and profit objectives.
• Establish segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value propositions based on market insights.
• Perform market, customer, and competitive analyses to guide strategy and product trajectory.
• Assist in the pricing strategy and decisions regarding the product portfolio.
• Design and execute tactical marketing initiatives to stimulate demand, encourage adoption, and enhance revenue growth.
• Track KPIs (revenue, win/loss rates, funnel metrics) and modify strategies as needed.
• Work alongside Marketing Communications on campaigns, promotions, and content development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Science field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the medical device sector.
• Experience with In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing plans and/or product launches is advantageous.
• Previous experience in product launches and lifecycle management is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Ability to effectively translate strategy into actionable execution.
• Commitment to working collaboratively with the team to achieve annual goals, along with a desire for personal growth alongside the company.
• Capability to collaborate with the sales team, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Prior background and understanding of the roles and expectations of sales and marketing in an IVD-focused organization is beneficial.
• Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, organization, and both written and verbal communication.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word and Excel).
• Willingness and eagerness to learn technical subjects to enhance effectiveness in marketing programs.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others, particularly in collaboration with R&D and other cross-functional teams, sales, key customers, and management.
• Must be a self-starter, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines and performing well in a fast-paced environment.
• May be required to work additional hours beyond the usual work schedule to achieve departmental objectives (including evenings and weekends).
