This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the creation of both short-term and long-term strategic marketing initiatives that align with commercial strategy, product launches, promotional activities, internal training, evidence strategy, and medical education.
• Analyze the competitive landscape, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and digital technology teams to conduct market and customer needs research, influencing the product roadmap and usability.
• Partner with clinical, health economics, and regulatory teams to assist in the development of claims, evidence, and reimbursement plans.
• Create unique value propositions that link digital capabilities to clinical, economic, and workflow outcomes.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of customer needs, digital maturity, and clinical workflows.
• Convert technical features (software, AI, analytics, connectivity) into persuasive customer benefits.
• Formulate global pricing and business strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing colleagues to enhance geographical expansion and commercial performance, account targeting and segmentation, communications, training, pricing, forecasting, and evidence dissemination on a global scale.
• Lead a team of high-performing product managers to accomplish ambitious goals that align with business objectives and ensure a positive response from customers.
• Promote a culture of excellence by recruiting, coaching, and developing top talent, creating a team that attracts high performers.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing or market development (7 years of which must be in a managerial role), or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity).
• Extensive experience and understanding of the AI technology landscape; commercial proficiency in developing and implementing innovative solutions, including AI-supported applications within the medical device sector.
• Proven background in identifying and deploying software and capital equipment business models.
• Demonstrated capability to simplify complex technology into clear and engaging narratives.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities, with a track record of achieving results in a matrixed environment.
• Proven critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading a high-performing team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
