This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a paid media strategy across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other relevant channels.
• Take charge of quarterly and annual media planning, budget distribution, and forecasting for all paid channels.
• Personally create, manage, and enhance paid search and social campaigns, maintaining direct oversight of performance on a daily basis.
• Lead the strategy for landing pages and conversion rate optimization in collaboration with the website and creative teams, identifying and addressing conversion obstacles.
• Conduct structured testing on ad copy, target audience, bidding strategies, and landing pages, establishing clear hypotheses and documenting insights.
• Manage weekly and monthly performance reports, which include metrics such as spend, lead volume, lead quality, and cost per qualified lead, along with an honest assessment of what is successful and what is not.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing with extensive hands-on knowledge in paid search and paid social, preferably within a B2B environment.
• A proven history of developing and executing performance marketing programs from scratch, including launching campaigns and establishing infrastructure in settings lacking mature systems.
• In-depth and up-to-date understanding of the functionalities of Google Ads and LinkedIn, including automated bidding strategies, audience signals, and the behavior of platform algorithms in relation to broad versus narrow targeting.
• Experience in marketing to small and mid-sized businesses or direct-to-consumer audiences is a significant advantage, especially for performance marketing focused on fast, self-service conversion paths.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, alongside a working knowledge of how marketing data correlates with CRM and sales results.
• A builder's mindset, truly motivated by developing systems and processes that do not yet exist, rather than merely optimizing established programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present to senior leadership.
