
Global Learning Lead – Fellowship Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Establish Vision and Priorities: Define priorities to enhance network partners' and potential partners' strategies for fostering robust fellowship cohorts, facilitating comprehensive student development, and promoting the collective leadership of fellows. Ensure the Teaching As Collective Leadership framework is seamlessly integrated into all components of partner programs, including pre-service training institutes, coaching frameworks, ongoing teacher development, and alumni readiness.
• Strengthen Fellowship Outcomes: Direct a team that offers coaching and learning opportunities to network partners aimed at improving fellowship program results, including student achievements and participant retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Ensure Effective Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL): Guide the team to equip partners with the necessary measurement tools, data systems, and consistent practices to monitor outcomes for students, fellows, and alumni.
• Promote Evidence-Based Enhancements: Cultivate learning loops that reveal insights on enhancing student outcomes, fellow retention, and participant development.
• Propel a Global Learning Agenda: Collaborate with the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future’s learning leaders to create and implement a learning agenda that uncovers and promotes insights on developing teachers who foster holistic student growth.
• Advance Network Learning on Fellowship Programs: Design the learning agenda and spearhead initiatives to generate insights regarding the most effective approaches to achieving strong fellowship outcomes. Oversee the generation, synthesis, and dissemination of insights, foundational frameworks, learning experiences, and knowledge products. Co-create high-quality cross-functional learning experiences that bolster the programmatic and organizational strength of network partners.
• Lead the Team: Manage, develop, and oversee a diverse global team of specialists, coaches, and consultants, ensuring impactful support that accelerates programmatic outcomes throughout the network.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global team members to jointly diagnose localized partner needs and enhance internal organizational capacity focused on fellowship excellence.
• Over 15 years of experience in education, including a minimum of 10 years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, instructional and/or leadership coaching, or school leadership programs.
• Profound understanding of Teach For All’s theory of change, with a proven ability to articulate and expand on that theory in relation to systemic educational equity and classroom impact.
• Capability to establish vision and strategy amid ambiguity and complexity, influencing and motivating others across diverse lines, with the orientation and ability to direct team focus toward impactful commitments and high-impact outcomes.
• Exceptional skill in independently managing multiple shifting priorities and achieving results in a fast-paced, globally-distributed environment.
• Demonstrated experience in fostering the leadership and engagement of a diverse, globally dispersed team in an agile setting, with a coaching approach that prioritizes self-directed learning, self-awareness, collaboration, and leading with purpose and values.
• Proven comfort with monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, along with the capability to utilize data for ongoing learning and improvement.
• Outstanding ability to analyze and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into accessible frameworks and insights for a variety of global audiences.
• Strong writing, public speaking, and facilitation skills, capable of providing thought leadership and facilitating complex global roundtables, workshops, and learning forums that highlight and elevate meaningful insights.
• Ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultures and power dynamics, from senior network CEOs and global influencers to classroom educators.
