This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Enablement Manager for LEOps, you will provide direct support to the teams responsible for Airbnb's response to criminal activities and significant safety threats affecting our users and communities.
• Law Enforcement Response Team: This team is accountable for Airbnb's responses to lawful requests for user data from police, courts, and authorized government agencies. The Enablement Manager will ensure that the team can process these requests accurately, promptly, and in accordance with Airbnb's policies and relevant privacy regulations.
• Global Threat Assessment Program: GTAP is Airbnb's internal group dedicated to evaluating and addressing serious safety issues during active bookings. The Enablement Manager will ensure that the team has access to optimal tools, processes, and training, while also providing the global director with the necessary visibility and insights to guarantee consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Tooling, and Ops Development to enhance LEOps’ operational framework, including standards, workflows, tooling, training, and quality performance.
• Monitor and report on critical performance indicators within the program, such as case volume and throughput, time-to-resolution by severity tier, SLA compliance, and team quality scores.
• Identify insights into operational gaps and risk vulnerabilities within LEOps and across Airbnb’s global operations, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex, data-driven delivery operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on operational development.
• A robust background in safety: you have led or supported globally distributed teams managing complex operations within Trust and Safety.
• Demonstrated experience in program development: you have created case management systems, workflows, processes, SLAs, and QA procedures, rather than merely functioning within existing frameworks.
• Expertise in global data privacy laws governing disclosures to law enforcement, along with a well-established network among law enforcement and government authorities.
• Strong metrics and operational acumen: you have defined KPIs, developed reporting structures, and utilized data to inform decisions and showcase program value to senior leadership.
• Experience in enabling performance management across a matrixed, globally dispersed organization that spans multiple geographies, languages, and time zones.
• Executive presence coupled with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of briefing senior executives on sensitive, complex issues clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to foster partnerships and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment where life safety is of utmost importance.
