This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve sales and EBITDA growth at or above budget for key customer accounts.
• Establish financial targets and forecasts, while analyzing and monitoring performance.
• Create and sustain account plans aimed at identifying and fulfilling strategic objectives that strengthen both the customer’s and Tekni’s relationship.
• Formulate detailed, multi-year supply proposals, underpinned by robust financial analysis.
• Recognize, cultivate, and secure specific business-development opportunities with the customer account.
• Build extensive, enduring relationships within the customer, especially with senior executives.
• Negotiate supply contracts, quality agreements, purchase orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and more.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of full-time experience in Key Account Management.
• Experience managing complex Global accounts while providing support to the wider global account team.
• Preferred experience in Flexible Packaging, Dispensing (including pumps and sprays), and/or Closure.
• A demonstrated history of profitably growing sales.
• Experience in bringing new products and services to market is preferred.
