This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Drive profitable growth and spearhead strategic customer development within the Private Label portfolio.
• Formulate and implement the European Private Label regional growth strategy in collaboration with the Regional Commercial Leader.
• Cultivate and manage senior-level (“Top-to-Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Ensure commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, promoting a cohesive customer strategy and minimizing channel conflict.
• Safeguard margins through comprehensive cost recovery (including raw materials, FX, labor) and systematic pricing strategies.
• Oversee working capital performance, with a focus on AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Lead initiatives in value engineering, productivity enhancement, and ongoing profitability improvements.
• 12–15+ years of experience in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
• Demonstrated oversight of substantial portfolios generating $75M–$150M+ in revenue.
• Experience in managing multi-regional customer or business structures.
• Preferred cross-division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging.
• Experience in Private Label is a plus.
