• Oversee and cultivate a remote team of IT professionals across the United States and Europe, facilitating daily operations and team development.
• Support IT functions for a globally distributed workforce.
• Manage essential IT service operations, encompassing user provisioning, access management, SaaS administration, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Handle identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta), ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access workflows.
• Propel the automation of IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications using tools like Tines or similar platforms.
• Administer and enhance SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub Enterprise, among others.
• Monitor SaaS license usage, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with Security, People, and business leaders to maintain compliance, access governance, and a positive employee experience.
• Assist in transitioning IT operations from an external vendor to an in-house team, enhancing service quality and operational transparency.
• Establish and monitor key IT metrics (e.g., provisioning speed, service quality, system usage) to foster continuous improvement.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing IT teams or functions.
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace or comparable enterprise productivity platforms.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS applications, focusing on provisioning, access control, and license management.
• Practical experience with identity and access management systems, preferably Okta or similar SSO platforms.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to coach, develop, and retain talent.
• Familiarity with IT automation tools (e.g., Tines, BetterCloud, Zluri, or similar).
• Experience in managing endpoints and device lifecycle processes within a modern SaaS environment.
• Capability to manage distributed teams and collaborate efficiently across different regions and functions.
