Global IT Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise integrations across ERP platforms, cloud SaaS applications, external trading partners, and internal business systems.

• Create and sustain API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based integrations utilizing technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and secure data transport methods.

• Diagnose integration challenges, enhance data flows, support digital transformation efforts, and collaborate closely with business application teams, vendors, managed service providers, and end users to guarantee dependable and scalable integration solutions.

• Oversee integration processes for performance, reliability, and data integrity. Address integration failures, data discrepancies, and communication challenges, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.

• Keep thorough documentation, including interface designs, mapping specifications, and technical procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise integration engineering.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations across ERP systems, cloud SaaS platforms, and third-party applications.

• Strong background in API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and data exchange mechanisms (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI, file-based integrations).

• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, or comparable technologies.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions that meet business requirements.

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain sectors is preferred.
