📋 Description

• In the role of a senior individual contributor within the Global Campaigns team, you will be responsible for defining and refining an integrated global campaign strategy aimed at achieving measurable pipeline and revenue results.

• You will manage the complete campaign execution process, developing scalable frameworks that link Field, Partner, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to promote growth and maximize business outcomes across various regions.

• Lead the cross-functional creation and implementation of global campaign strategies that align with business objectives, while being accountable for pipeline contribution targets and campaign-driven revenue results across regions.

• Produce quarterly comprehensive global campaign plans that encompass strategy, messaging, segmentation, tactical mix, budget allocation, enablement, and performance KPIs.

• Establish best practices and scalable models for integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs.

• Create integrated, full-funnel multichannel programs — from lead generation through to closing — anchored in compelling storytelling throughout the buyer journey.

• Design and implement scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for both 1:few and 1:many strategies, utilizing digital engagement, personalized content, events, and direct mail to influence stakeholders in target accounts.

• Employ a data-driven methodology to continuously enhance campaigns, making strategic trade-offs across various channels, audiences, and investments to optimize outcomes.

• Foster cross-functional alignment with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, BDR/SDR, and Customer Success to ensure consistent execution globally and improve lead-to-revenue results.

• Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics to develop attribution, lead scoring, dashboards, and standards for campaign measurement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in constructing integrated, multi-channel B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns, with a clear focus on strategy, execution, and performance evaluation.

• Proven success in driving measurable pipeline results and contributing to revenue growth through global or regional campaigns.

• Proficiency with marketing technology tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) and a strong data literacy for campaign attribution, lead scoring, reporting, and optimization.

• A deep understanding of buyer journeys, lifecycle stages, and buying groups, applied to campaign strategies that effectively generate pipeline and expedite deals.

• Ability to work independently, define innovative approaches, and simplify complex marketing strategies into clear, actionable plans.

• Proven capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams with common business objectives.

• A strong history of developing high-performing, repeatable programs that scale globally and yield significant pipeline and revenue outcomes.

• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing tech environments, with the ability to quickly shift priorities while maintaining structured execution.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within cybersecurity or IT-focused markets (this is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with BI and data enrichment tools (e.g., Tableau, ZoomInfo) (this is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Strong writing and content development skills for creating campaign and enablement assets (this is advantageous but not mandatory).
