Global Incentives Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee the management of panel incentive operations throughout M3MR Group divisions.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate payment-related issues.

• Create, develop, and implement new incentive procedures while enhancing existing workflows.

• Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payments from start to finish.

• Maintain organized and secure data storage along with appropriate access permissions.

• Manage the compliance standard operating procedures (SOP) for allocated incentives.

• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure report accuracy and resolve errors.

• Implement pre-allocation safeguards and distribute a monthly KPI report.

• Oversee the commercial management of incentive and payment vendors.

• Handle user acceptance testing (UAT), data reconciliation, and readiness for go-live.

• Work alongside other departments to enhance incentive design and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more employees.

• 3-5+ years in operations related to incentives or payments, or in related finance operations across various methods (bank, vouchers, PayPal, prepaid).

• Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions (pivots, complex formulas, basic Power Query); skilled in data validation and reconciliation.

• Proven experience in vendor management and effective external communication.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex cases and drive continuous improvement.
