This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Team Leadership & Strategy: Guide, mentor, and expand the immigration team. Act as the main contact for team members and senior stakeholders, offering expert advice on intricate immigration issues.
• Case Management & Review: Supervise a range of US and Canadian immigration cases. Personally assess and prepare comprehensive immigration applications, petitions, and business travel documentation for submission to relevant authorities.
• Process & Compliance Architecture: Create, implement, and refine strong internal processes to guarantee 100% adherence to changing US and Canadian immigration laws and regulations (including H1B, DOL PERM, and Canadian immigration pathways).
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal clients and mobility teams to collect necessary documentation, managing expectations and providing empathetic, clear guidance throughout the immigration process.
• Deadline & Pipeline Management: Diligently track and oversee critical case milestones and deadlines to ensure flawless, timely submissions and complete regulatory compliance.
• Experience: Mid-to-senior level experience specifically overseeing end-to-end US and Canadian corporate immigration workflows. Demonstrated success in a leadership or managerial role.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the US Immigration Process (H1B, PERM, L1, etc.) and the Canadian immigration process (Express Entry, LMIA, Work Permits), along with business travel facilitation.
• Operational Excellence: Outstanding organizational abilities with a strong emphasis on deadlines, compliance risk management, and document precision.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with the capacity to convert complex legal terminology into clear, actionable guidance for employees and business leaders.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
