This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to international business leaders, converting objectives into impactful HR strategies.

• Conduct capability gap assessments, succession planning, and talent strategy across a global landscape.

• Design and implement global performance frameworks.

• Propel retention and development initiatives for rare pharmacovigilance and safety talent.

• Assess global team engagement and respond to employee feedback.

• Support teams through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation.

• Assist in compensation and reward decisions through data-driven analysis.

• Oversee HR reporting and ensure adherence to global policies across various markets.

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner across multiple countries.

• Experience in CRO or the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Background in pharmacovigilance is preferred.

• A degree or HR qualification at a minimum of BA/BSc level is required.

• Genuine comfort in operating across different time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and change initiatives.

• A data-driven and commercially aware mindset, capable of translating people insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures.

• Strong relationship-building abilities, with the credibility to provide advice to senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed to maintain close proximity to the business.
