📋 Description

• Formulate an effective strategy for the execution and delivery of IT business initiatives.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of how organizational capabilities interact across segments and/or throughout the enterprise.

• Serve as a liaison between business and functional stakeholders.

• Identify and provide strategic enablement solutions.

• Oversee activities within the department.

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with Segment or Business strategy.

• Propel business outcomes within the scope of management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree.

• 10 or more years of technical experience.

• 8 or more years of management experience.

• Strong understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in assessing current systems and implementing process enhancements.

• A passion for contributing to an organization that is dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote or hybrid employees.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
