• Lead and develop Higgsfield’s global HR function encompassing recruitment, people operations, compensation, compliance, performance management, and employee experience.
• Collaborate directly with founders and leadership to define organizational structure, workforce planning, hiring strategies, and long-term talent initiatives.
• Create and implement scalable global HR systems, workflows, and operational processes to facilitate rapid international growth.
• Drive initiatives for organizational effectiveness, focusing on team structure, leveling frameworks, performance management, and leadership support.
• Develop scalable onboarding, employee development, and retention programs tailored for a high-performance environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees regarding organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and scaling challenges.
• Oversee and enhance the company’s recruiting function, ensuring Higgsfield attracts and secures exceptional talent across engineering, AI research, product, growth, content operations, G&A, and other essential business areas.
• Build recruiting infrastructure, hiring processes, and employer branding initiatives that support recruitment in competitive global talent markets.
• Work closely with leadership to identify hiring priorities, enhance recruiting efficiency, and uphold a high talent standard across all functions.
• Develop scalable talent acquisition strategies across various geographies and organizational functions.
• Lead compensation, leveling, equity, and performance review processes aligned with company goals and market competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain compliant employment frameworks across the US and international entities, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
• Supervise global HR operations including employment practices, workforce documentation, policies, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Provide support for relocation, immigration, and international workforce operations as necessary.
• Champion operational excellence across HR systems, reporting, documentation, and workforce planning, emphasizing automation and scalability.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling People Operations and Recruiting functions within high-growth technology companies.
• Experience establishing HR infrastructure and operational processes from early-stage through to scale.
• In-depth knowledge of US employment practices, compensation structures, compliance, and HR operations.
• Proven experience in scaling international teams across multiple countries and functions.
• A successful track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Outstanding communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with founders and executive leadership.
• Highly operational mindset capable of functioning at both strategic and execution-oriented levels.
• Strong business acumen and comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous startup environments.
