This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Direct all operational activities across India and the Philippines.
• Create and implement a global operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.
• Maintain consistent service delivery standards, operational governance, and client experience across all business sectors.
• Foster a cohesive operational culture among geographically diverse teams.
• Manage delivery operations for staff augmentation, managed IT services, and consulting projects.
• Ensure that SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments are consistently met or surpassed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate client onboarding, transitions, and the success of ongoing engagements.
• Promote continuous improvement in service quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation across global delivery teams.
• Enhance utilization, bench management, and staffing efficiency.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to aid in hiring, retention, performance management, and leadership development.
• Design, implement, and refine operational processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee operational budgets, cost control measures, and profitability targets.
• Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy and decision-making.
• Over 10 years of experience in operations leadership within IT services, staffing, business services, or consulting settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations across multiple countries, preferably in India and the Philippines.
• In-depth knowledge of staff augmentation, managed services, and IT consulting delivery models.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, enhancing profitability, and leading large distributed teams.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, margin management, and operational forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience engaging directly with executive leadership and enterprise clients.
