This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Global Talent Strategy: Manage high-volume recruitment and swift onboarding processes across the US, LatAm, and the Philippines to address evolving client needs.
β’ Management: Implement performance management, compensation strategies, and retention plans specifically designed for hourly, remote call center staff.
β’ Tech & Automation Enablement: Collaborate with our operations and technology teams to integrate solutions that enhance HR workflows.
β’ Global Compliance: Navigate the complexities of international labor laws, payroll systems, and cultural differences. Maintain vendor relationships to ensure seamless operational compliance across all regions.
β’ Systems Optimization: Spearhead the assessment, implementation, and enhancement of our HRIS tools.
β’ Culture & Engagement: Promote best practices in asynchronous communication and initiatives that foster remote engagement, ensuring our globally distributed team feels connected, appreciated, and empowered.
β’ Extensive Leadership Experience: Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership, preferably in a BPO or a rapidly growing remote startup.
β’ Hourly & Global Expertise: Proven experience managing a large, distributed hourly workforce across different time zones, with significant knowledge of the LatAm and Philippine labor markets.
β’ Startup Agility: Highly adaptable, comfortable with uncertainty, and embody a 'builder' mentality.
β’ Operational Mindset: Recognize People Operations as a key driver of business outcomes, customer lifetime value, and agent resolution rates.
β’ Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong capability to utilize workforce analytics to reduce attrition, enhance labor efficiency, and predict talent requirements.
β’ HRIS Fluency: In-depth knowledge of contemporary HR technology stacks, with familiarity with UKG being a notable advantage.
