Global Fleet Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain value-driven relationships with fleet vendors

• Investigate and implement best practices for fleet-related initiatives

• Address employee inquiries for prompt assistance

• Maintain and organize relevant databases

• Systematically organize and analyze various data points related to company vehicles

• Serve as the primary contact for vehicle ordering, planning, logistics, and maintenance

• Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle administration and servicing

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field

• 5-7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Fleet Management

• In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, policies, and vehicle leasing practices

• Strong analytical abilities, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel

• Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
