
Global Financial Controller – Business Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee global FP&A processes, including budget KPIs, reforecasting, monthly performance commentary, and gap analysis.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Committee, which encompasses presentations and ad hoc analyses.
• Deliver cross-functional financial insights to bolster corporate strategies and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Heads of Regions and Global functions (Sales, Marketing, IT) as a business partner.
• Assist leadership in all financial tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality outputs for informed decision-making and strategic discussions.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in consolidations, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CFA or ACCA certification is highly advantageous.
• Significant experience (at least 15 years) in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering roles within multi-regional corporate settings.
• A proven history in M&A, including due diligence, integration processes, valuation, and support for acquisition decisions.
• Experience in a global, high-growth environment with comprehensive P&L knowledge.
• Advanced skills in financial tools and systems (Excel, BI).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
• High data literacy and experience with dashboards, analytics, and automation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
