This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as a vital commercial finance partner to the leaders in Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and Product (ATP).
• Accountable for providing financial insights, enhancing forecast accuracy, and aiding strategic decision-making to drive growth and profitability.
• Work collaboratively across departments such as Commercial, Technology, and Corporate FP&A to maintain financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with ATP leadership to facilitate growth strategies, pricing decisions, and resource distribution.
• Oversee financial planning activities, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, monthly projections, and long-term strategic plans and business cases for the ATP Commercial team.
• Ensure alignment between business drivers and corporate financial objectives.
• Provide actionable insights that guide strategy and enhance financial results.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects, including automation and data standardization efforts.
• Promote a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate business outcomes, financial performance, and KPIs to create a comprehensive narrative regarding drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build consensus, influence stakeholders, and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership.
• More than 5 years of progressive experience in Finance, emphasizing FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Experience in managing or supporting a complete P&L, inclusive of both revenue and cost drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and enhance business cases, including adjusting assumptions over time.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of translating financial data into clear business insights to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where assumptions, forecasts, and strategies frequently evolve.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders with varying styles and priorities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading reporting and analysis, delivering high-quality, timely outputs while holding partners accountable.
