Global Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate a detailed strategy for in-person events and trade shows, incorporating audience targeting, timelines and deadlines, goal setting, budget specifications, content development, promotional activities, engagement techniques, demand generation, and effective post-event follow-up to enhance lead generation, brand visibility, and positioning as thought leaders.

• Implement planned events either in person or virtually, acting as the main point of contact and overseeing every aspect of our onsite presence and logistics, as well as the overall success of the event.

• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently, utilizing monday.com to adhere to deadlines and collaborate with team members for partnerships.

• Supervise the use and promotion of the pre-event list.

• After the event, manage lead processing, nurturing, and follow-up in collaboration with BDRs to facilitate meeting and opportunity creation.

• Oversee the overall budget and event calendar for the fiscal year, ensuring the cost-effective and optimal allocation of resources.

• Develop and refine best practices and repeatable processes to enhance efficiency and scale event programs.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, digital marketing, marketing operations, partner marketing, and demand generation regarding event-specific messaging, activations, branding, demos, and speakers.

• Align field marketing activities with broader initiatives and revenue objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the alliances and partner marketing teams to establish strong co-marketing partnerships, jointly plan mutually beneficial events, and execute these collaborative programs.

• Work in tandem with regional and territory sales leaders to grasp market needs and formulate field marketing strategies to address them.

• Communicate post-event follow-up strategies to sales and share progress towards objectives.

• Actively contribute to the global field marketing team and the larger Marketing organization, sharing key insights, best practices, and developing shared processes and content.

• Utilize data to evaluate the overall contributions of the event program, inform decision-making, provide recommendations for future events, and cooperate with leaders to enhance reporting mechanisms continuously.

• Forecast, budget, meticulously measure, analyze, refine, and communicate the impact of field programs related to our overall GTM pipeline and performance objectives. Utilize technology tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS company.

• Proven experience in planning and executing innovative and impactful field marketing events and trade show-related initiatives.

• Quick-thinking, composed under pressure, and capable of taking ownership.

• Data-driven with a focus on tracking, measuring, and analyzing event performance and ROI.

• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.

• Ability and motivation to cultivate close, trusting relationships with sales leaders and AEs.

• Strong time management skills with the capability to plan for and manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.

• Willingness to travel 15%-20% of the time.
