This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead a global events strategy that aligns with marketing and revenue objectives, overseeing the complete event calendar and cross-functional timelines.
• Organize and implement Trade shows, field marketing initiatives, and internal Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Take ownership of event budgets from inception to conclusion, including planning, approvals, tracking, reporting, and ensuring spending efficiency.
• Create and oversee event projects in Asana while establishing scalable processes to facilitate long-term program development.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection and negotiations, contracts, catering, A/V, signage, shipping, booth assets, promotional items, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance meeting bookings, event participation, and executive briefings.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Design to guarantee consistent positioning, messaging, and branding across all in-person and virtual events.
• Coordinate event marketing materials, invitations, and communications before and after events with the Creative and Marketing teams.
• Partner with industry thought leaders to identify and secure speaking engagements.
• Lead the production of panels and content, including rundowns, scripts, rehearsals, and live execution, as well as capturing on-ground content for social media and marketing use.
• Ensure precise lead tracking and opportunity attribution from events; provide regular performance reports that include ROI analysis and actionable insights.
• Design innovative booth activations and event experiences that foster engagement and promote lasting brand recognition.
• Over 5 years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or a dynamic tech environment, preferably within AI or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events from start to finish, with annual budgets exceeding $300K.
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Leadership, Sales, and Product teams.
• Data-driven mindset for establishing and monitoring event KPIs.
• Proficient in managing vendors, budgets, schedules, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Familiarity with event platforms and tools, including lead capture, registration systems, and event portals.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills with vendors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30–40% during event season).
