This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +16 more states.
• Supervising and directing all elements of facility operations across various international sites.
• Ensuring the effective, safe, and sustainable functioning of facilities.
• Leading the strategic planning and daily management of global facilities operations.
• Overseeing maintenance, space planning, lease management, construction projects, security, and sustainability efforts.
• Managing vendor partnerships, contracts, and service level agreements on a global scale.
• Developing and overseeing facility budgets; identifying opportunities for cost savings and monitoring expenditures.
• Ensuring adherence to international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with HR, IT, Security, and other departments to foster a high-quality workplace experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including at least 3 years in a global or multi-site leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes, sustainability practices, and workplace technologies.
• Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and navigating global operations.
• Exceptional project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., CAFM/IWMS systems).
