Global Exam Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Creating examination content for PMI’s professional certification offerings.

• Authoring materials and overseeing a team of volunteer subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Complying with established standards, requirements, methodologies, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Must hold a PMI certification—at least a PMP; over 5 years of experience in leading diverse projects.

• Preferred: Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute of Credentialing Excellence.

• Proven experience as a writer (e.g., in training, academic, or business writing) and as a user of generative AI.

• Experience in executing content development or fulfillment initiatives.

• Demonstrated fluency and proficiency in English.

• Fluency and proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable* (Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, French, Portuguese, Italian, German).

• Ability to prioritize independent writing assignments while managing cross-functional tasks and leading a project team.

• Capacity to provide and receive feedback constructively among peers.

• Proven leadership as a project manager for over 5 years.

• Skilled facilitator capable of leading discussions on project management topics with other SMEs and fostering consensus.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills within both virtual and face-to-face team settings.

• Knowledge of and experience with business practices relevant to your region.
