Global Events Manager, Registration & Event Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for registration, attendee management, and the event technology framework for CrowdStrike's worldwide events portfolio, ensuring scalable, dependable, and outstanding attendee experiences.

• Combine strategic leadership with practical execution, acting as both the operational overseer and daily expert for CrowdStrike's registration platforms and event technology framework.

• Direct the administration, enhancement, and governance of registration platforms, event technology, integrations, workflows, and automations, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Act as the main business owner for registration technology (including RainFocus), collaborating with Marketing Operations, IT, CRM, Sales Operations, and external vendors to guarantee seamless system integrations and data flow across platforms.

• Assess, implement, and refine emerging event technologies and AI-driven solutions that boost efficiency, enrich attendee experiences, and deliver actionable business insights.

• Establish registration procedures, standards, documentation, and best practices that are scalable across various event types and global regions.

• Create reporting frameworks and dashboards that offer insights into registration performance, attendee engagement, conversion trends, and event ROI, while providing strategic recommendations based on data insights.

• Supervise registration operations for flagship events, including onsite check-in, troubleshooting, executive escalations, and contingency planning to ensure impeccable execution.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance—to align registration strategy with business objectives and customer experience goals.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance CrowdStrike's event technology strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in managing registration operations, attendee management, and event technology for large-scale conferences, user conferences, or enterprise corporate events.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise registration platforms, preferably RainFocus, along with a broader understanding of event technology solutions and integrations.

• Experience in both directing strategic vision and hands-on management of enterprise event registration platforms and event technology.

• Strong grasp of CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, data governance, and event technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 6-8 trips per year.

• Proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
