This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Gather and consolidate quotations.
• Develop budgets, maintain tracking and reports, ensuring real-time financial transparency for the Events Team.
• Manage the contracts signature process.
• Oversee invoicing and payment procedures.
• Conduct multi-currency and multi-company reconciliations.
• Prepare post-event reports.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of accounting experience in the Events, Travel, or Hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Language proficiency: Full professional or native level in English and Spanish; Italian is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong negotiation abilities for vendor quotations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Availability for occasional travel may be necessary.
• Flexibility to work from any location worldwide.
