This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the financial backbone of our Global Events division
• Oversee the complete financial process of our international events
• Aggregate quotes and develop comprehensive budgets
• Deliver real-time financial insights to the Events Team
• Handle the contracts signing process, invoicing, and payment procedures
• Conduct multi-currency and multi-company reconciliations
• Create reports following events
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting within the Events, Travel, or Hospitality sectors
• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
• Language proficiency: Full professional or native level in English and Spanish; knowledge of Italian is advantageous
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation abilities for vendor quotes, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel may be necessary
