This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Gather and consolidate quotations.
• Develop budgets, track expenses, and provide real-time financial insights to the Events Team.
• Manage the contract signing process.
• Oversee invoicing and payment procedures.
• Conduct reconciliations across multiple currencies and companies.
• Prepare reports following events.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of experience in accounting within the Events, Travel, or Hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Language skills: Full professional proficiency or native fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong negotiation abilities for vendor quotations.
• Excellent organizational skills; some travel may be required.
