This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global downstream marketing strategy for the Advanced Wound Dressings portfolio, ensuring alignment with business and portfolio priorities.
• Establish and maintain global positioning, messaging, and value propositions to guarantee clarity, differentiation, and relevance across various markets.
• Convert upstream strategies and evidence into actionable commercialization frameworks that will direct regional implementation.
• Manage the product life-cycle, from launch planning to optimization and rationalization.
• Supervise the global downstream marketing budget for the AWD portfolio.
• Allocate resources to the most impactful activities, balancing growth potential, return on investment, and financial discipline.
• Continuously monitor market trends, evolving standards of care, and competitive actions across different regions.
• Proactively adjust downstream strategies and priorities in response to changing market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Health Economics, and Medical Affairs to ensure that value propositions align with reimbursement and access realities.
• Lead the creation of global commercialization frameworks, launch standards, and essential marketing assets.
• Work alongside regional marketing teams to facilitate effective local adaptation while maintaining strategic intent.
• Track portfolio performance and contribute to business reviews by translating data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in global or regional downstream marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
• Demonstrated expertise in global commercialization, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and making investment decisions.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Experience in commercial, marketing, or portfolio management roles.
• Previous work experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with operating across multiple regions and healthcare systems.
• Exposure to environments influenced by market access or reimbursement issues.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
