Global Discipleship Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute online training programs and materials aimed at fostering digital discipleship relationships.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Evaluate and analyze training needs through surveys and interviews.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary modifications.

• Stay informed about current training trends and best practices.

• Oversee the Learning Management System, including updates and administration of courses and user profiles as required.

• Work in partnership with Volunteer Coordinators to pinpoint skill gaps and training needs.

• Identify subject matter experts to contribute to the creation or enhancement of training materials.

• Track and report on volunteer progress and performance following training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Ministry, or Nonprofit Management.

• At least 4 years of experience in training volunteers, preferably within a ministry or nonprofit context.

• Experience in living, serving, or working within a multicultural environment.

• A strong passion for promoting spiritual growth through relationship building.

• Experience in managing e-learning platforms and learning new technologies.

• A proven track record demonstrating the ability to successfully execute the complete training cycle (needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation).

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, particularly in virtual settings.

• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver effective training programs.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and practices.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and online training tools.

• Relevant industry certifications in areas such as instructional design, curriculum development, or performance improvement.
