Global Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and communication priorities.

• Organize and oversee digital marketing tools, platforms, and activities to support global sales teams.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Aid in the content refresh, approval, and governance processes for global interventional websites.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of web properties, including basic HTML/CSS modifications and CMS content management.

• Evaluate website performance and user engagement using Google Analytics (GA4) to identify ways to improve UX/UI and overall effectiveness.

• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across various channels such as Web, SEO/SEM, Email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B or regulated industry setting.

• Knowledge of the medical device or healthcare sector is beneficial.

• Proven experience in working with cross-functional and international teams.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
