This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to customer success personnel to enhance their client relationship capabilities and deepen their understanding of customers' business, human capital, and benefits challenges.
• Develop and implement a strategy aimed at boosting performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Collaborate with business leaders and team members to ensure strategic positioning that fosters continuous growth.
• Work alongside the team to ensure effective program delivery to large, complex accounts.
• Identify, create, and implement improvements to customer service delivery.
• Mentor team members to strengthen their client relationship skills and their understanding of customers’ business and human capital and benefits issues.
• Collaborate with internal resources to recruit, develop, and manage a high-quality workforce.
• Identify potential upselling opportunities to better meet customer needs while enhancing overall profitability.
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals.
• Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and facilitating the professional growth of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of strategic account and customer success managers.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree being a plus.
• Experience in HR services, employee benefits, or the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities are necessary.
• Exceptional client management experience is required.
• Proficiency in project management, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail is essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with new and existing customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace are required.
• Must be able to appear on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer is necessary.
